By accessing or using the services provided by SnapX Academy India ("SnapX", "we", "us", or "our") at snapxindia.com, including the AI Agent Estimator, EdTech Platform, and all related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SnapX provides:

• AI Agent Estimator: An AI-powered tool that generates project estimates for AI agent development, including timelines, costs, and technical specifications
• AI Products: Developer AI, Architect AI, Student Coach AI, Business Skill AI, Kids Story AI, Yoga AI, and EAssistant AI
• EdTech Platform: AI-powered learning journeys and skill development
• Enterprise Automation: AI agent solutions for business process automation
• Support Services: Case management and customer support system

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features (e.g., AI Agent Estimator), you must create an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Free Tier

Free accounts include one (1) AI agent estimate. Additional estimates and premium features require contacting our sales team or upgrading to a paid plan.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are flagged for security reasons. Blacklisted accounts will be denied access to our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our AI models or algorithms
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through forms or the estimator
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Estimates

AI agent estimates generated by our platform are indicative and for informational purposes only. Actual project timelines, costs, and specifications may vary based on detailed requirements analysis. Estimates do not constitute a binding offer or contract.

5.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. SnapX is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated estimates or recommendations.

5.3 Ownership

Estimates and outputs generated using your inputs are for your personal or business use. SnapX retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, AI models, and materials on snapxindia.com are the property of SnapX Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The SnapX name, logo, and "AI Agents. Real Results." tagline are trademarks of SnapX Academy.

7. Support & Case Management

Support requests submitted through our case management system are handled on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary based on priority and volume. We are not obligated to resolve all requests and reserve the right to close cases at our discretion.

8. Payment Terms

For paid services and enterprise engagements:

• Pricing will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated in the SOW
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
